Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

Eligible for return only if you receive a damaged or incorrect item against the order. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. An unboxing video is required for damage or incorrect product claims.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Non Returnable Items

Items marked as sale or non returnable and used or damaged products not due to our error are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The process may take 7 to 10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if the item is returned damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition for reasons not due to our error.

Replacement Policy

Replacement will be provided if stock is available. A full refund will be issued only if replacement is not possible.
